Apartment 101 (1 bedroom)

Apartments 101 and 102 are situated together on one side of the corridor and each have 1 bedroom accommodating two single beds.

Hallway
The hallway is open plan with the kitchen and lounge whilst to the right is the bedroom and en-suite bathroom.

Kitchen
The Kitchen has been fitted to an extremely high standard and offers white units and drawers with contrasting beech work surface. It includes every luxury item as well as all the basic requirements of a kitchen. The following are just some of the high quality items that have been selected for the apartments should you wish to “dine in”.

• Brushed stainless steel electric oven
• Stainless steel ‘chimney’ extractor fan
• Stainless steel microwave, kettle, toaster, sink
• Fridge
• All utensils, plates, pots and pans and glasses .

Lounge
The lounge is well made up to include matching roman blinds, curtains (at the patio doors) and cushions. The furniture is of a high standard including a 3-seater sofa, large coffee table, dining table and chairs, and TV with satellite.

Balcony
The balcony is a good size and has some views to the coast. It has been completed with brick style tiles and a white balustrade finished with a brushed stainless steel rail all along the top. The chrome and wooden table and chairs continue the standard of furnishing.

Bedroom
The bedroom offers a TV on a bracket including satellite, a stainless steel ceiling fan, air conditioning and safety deposit box. The lighting and ceiling fan may be controlled from the bedside.

The furniture includes two single beds with a twin headboard and bedside cabinets, a fitted wardrobe in beech and matching 4-draw chest with mirror above.

Bathroom
The bathroom is superbly designed with half stone effect tiles and half terracotta ‘rag rolled’ wall. The fixtures are well positioned and of a very high quality with a wonderful mis-shaped mirror above the sink to compliment the offset wall design feature.

The shower facility is a touch of luxury with double glass entry doors which is beautifully completed with a stainless steel unit that offers a power shower with body jets.
