Apartment 103 (2 bedroom)

Apartment 103 is situated on the opposite side of the landing and features two bedrooms.

Hallway
The lounge is immediately in front with the kitchen at the far end.
A sliding door to the right provides access to the two bedrooms and bathroom.

Kitchen
The kitchen has been fitted to an extremely high standard and offers beech units and drawers with contrasting white work surface.
The overall standard of the kitchen is exactly the same as the other two apartments and the quality remains high and the items and fixtures and fittings are the same in stainless steel.

It includes every luxury item as well as all the basic requirements of a kitchen. This includes:

• Brushed stainless steel electric oven
• Mirror finish ceramic hob
• Stainless steel ‘chimney’ extractor fan
• Stainless steel microwave, kettle, toaster, sink
• Fridge
• All utensils, plates, pots & pans, glasses even including such items as a matching salt and pepper pots.

Lounge
The lounge & kitchen include flush fitted low voltage lighting. The furniture is of the same high standard including a 3-seater sofa, large coffee table, dining table with chairs, and TV with satellite.

Balcony
Offering a view to the coast it has been completed with brick style tiles and a white balustrade finished with a brushed stainless steel rail all along the top.

The standard of furnishing is continued outside on the balcony with this chrome and wooden table and chairs.

Bedroom 1
The bedroom offers a TV on a bracket including satellite and a stainless steel ceiling fan and air conditioning. The lighting and ceiling fan may be controlled from the bedside.

The furniture includes two single beds with a twin headboard and bedside cabinets, a fitted wardrobe in beach and matching 4-drawer chest with mirror above.

Bedroom 2
Bedroom two is the same standard.

Bathroom
The bathroom is superbly designed with half stone effect tiles as per the other two apartments. An individual shower cubicle distinguishes this bathroom from the others.
