PROPERTY APPROACH

The apartments are ideally situated in the centre of Kato Paphos just 50 metres from the beach and sea. Shops, restaurants and bars surround the properties but it is completely noise free due to the white double glazed windows with laminated glass panes for noise insulation.

The apartments are located on the top floor and are accessed via a common entrance that has been finished to the same luxurious standard as each of the apartments.

The staircase and corridor leading to the apartments include ornate railings, marble and ceramic floors and stainless steel finish lighting.
Each of the front doors are heavy wooden panelled doors with a brushed stainless steel ‘wave style’ handle. A deep red granite doorstep line marks the entrance from the corridor.
